Chefs and Grocers act as independent sellers. They are not employees, contractors, representatives, partners or agents of MUNCHUPS LIMITED.
Buyers may submit food requests through the platform. Chefs and Grocers may respond with proposals.
Munchups does not guarantee:
Any agreement resulting from an accepted proposal is made directly between the buyer and the relevant seller.
All payments are processed through Stripe. Munchups does not store complete card details.
Before completing a purchase, users will be shown:

Refund eligibility depends on:
Refund requests must be submitted through the App or by contacting support. Where a dispute exists, Munchups may investigate and request evidence from both parties. Munchups reserves the right to make reasonable determinations regarding platform-managed refunds.

If a dispute arises, users should first attempt to resolve the matter directly. If the matter cannot be resolved, Munchups may attempt to assist but is not obligated to act as a mediator or arbitrator.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the App.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available through the App and associated services. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
